It primarily encompasses categories such as facial tissues, paper napkins, and paper handkerchiefs. It adheres to the national standard GB/T 20808-2011, while its hygiene standards are governed by GB 15979; these standards mandate that the total bacterial colony count must not exceed 200 CFU/g and that no fluorescent whitening agents may be detected.
Its core characteristic lies in its burst strength-its ability to withstand tearing-in both dry and wet states. Compared to toilet paper, it features an additional specific limit regarding total fungal colony counts. While suitable for facial cleaning, it is not intended to serve as a substitute for toilet paper. Product packaging is required to clearly display information regarding the manufacturer, the hygiene license number, and the production date; furthermore, the use of unverified promotional claims-such as those regarding "antibacterial" or "medicinal" properties-is strictly prohibited.
